About

I chose the name Fine Method Studios because it fuses my fine arts, artistic background with my grounded logical side. I can sketch you a logo and code you a website. I have been a graphic and web designer for 15+ years. I’m proud to say that I still have some of the clients I started out with, but am always looking for new partnerships and customers to work with.

While always freelancing, I have taken contract and full time positions at the local University, marketing agencies and in-house at a high end-restaurant. These days I work out of my home office (and sometimes coffee shops) in Sherwood Park, Alberta which allows me to squeeze in some extra hours with my preschool-aged son.  

A little about me,  I like to travel, I’m in a folk band that plays about 1 show a year, and I like to attend music festivals. I am always listening to podcasts, I have a keen desire to learn new things. I was an oil and watercolour painter in my 20’s, but am currently on the “Joni Mitchell plan” where I plan to return to painting in my 60’s ;). I’m taking flamenco guitar lessons, I drink decaf coffee and I cook real food with inspired recipes most nights of the week.
